“Thank you for your kindness! Yesterday, July 26, my wife and I found ourselves in a predicament. We had just had our battery jump started and we had a number of odd things going on with our Kia Sorento. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped us, but I think he was the owner. We were strangers in a bind and he took his valuable time to look at our car. He even put his diagnostic computer on it and determined that the issue was a software problem and that only the dealership could help. He did solve a couple problems, though, sadly a few more cropped up later. Bottom line is that we had to get the car jump started again this morning and drove all the way back to Wake Forest without turning it off again. We are safely home and our car is at the dealership for them to drive the demons out on Monday. Just wanted you to know we will never forget your kindness.”
