Jim Watson, a seasoned technician from Pennsylvania, brings over 50 years of expertise to the automotive industry. Since joining Lighthouse Automotive in 2019, he has become a valued member of the team, known for his dedication and skill. Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his loyal companion, Finn, a furry friend who never leaves his side. A passionate Pittsburgh Steelers and Penn State football fan, Jim also finds joy in cooking and sharing his culinary creations. One of his favorite sayings, "put his arm in a cast," is a playful nod to his love of fishing, showcasing his humor and down-to-earth personality.

Sam Walker

We are thrilled to introduce you to Sam Walker, one of our technicians at Lighthouse Automotive. With over six years of automotive expertise, Sam is a Ford Certified Senior Master Technician, bringing a wealth of knowledge to our team. Having lived on the Outer Banks for 25 years, he enjoys spending his free time outdoors, whether hunting, fishing, or taking his boat out on the water. Sam’s passion for both his work and the great outdoors makes him a valued member of our team.

Eli Weaver

We would like to take a moment to introduce you to the newest member of our Lighthouse Automotive family, Eli Weaver. Eli has been repairing vehicles since 2021 and truly enjoys his work. Having lived on the Outer Banks his entire life, he brings a local perspective to our team. In his free time, Eli enjoys playing video games and taking care of his family. We're excited to have him on board!

Doug Martin

We are thrilled to introduce you to Doug Martin. Doug has been working on vehicles since he was 15 years old and moved to our area in 2007, where he continued to pursue his passion for automotive work. He became a Ford Master Technician five years ago, showcasing his dedication and expertise. When he's not working on vehicles, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife, fishing, traveling, and sharing a good joke. His passion for both his work and life outside the shop makes him a wonderful addition to our team.

Crystal Phillips

We would like to take a minute and welcome Crystal Phillips to the Lighthouse Automotive family. Crystal Phillips is an experienced service advisor with over six years in the automotive industry. She relocated to the area in 2017 and quickly became a trusted resource for customers seeking expert guidance and support while navigating through the repair and service of their vehicles. Known for her dedication and strong communication skills, Crystal is committed to ensuring a seamless service experience for every client. Crystal also enjoys spending time with her family.

Naomi Buckius

We are pleased to introduce Naomi Buckius, Service Advisor at Lighthouse Automotive. Since joining the automotive industry in January 2023, Naomi has demonstrated a strong commitment to her role, holding a state inspector license and actively learning to work on her own vehicle. Known for her self-sufficiency, Naomi also harbors a dream of becoming an entomologist one day. Her diverse interests and enthusiasm for both automotive and science make her a valuable addition to our team.

Jim Broadhurst

We are pleased to introduce Jim Broadhurst to the Lighthouse Automotive family. Jim has been working on vehicles since moving to the area in 1993, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous work driving big rigs and repairing heavy equipment in the mining industry in Pennsylvania. When he’s not fixing vehicles, Jim enjoys exploring the mountains, riding his four-wheeler and motorcycle, and, most importantly, spending quality time with his grandkids. His diverse background and passion for family make him a valued member of our team.

Jessica Muir

We are excited for you to meet Jessica Muir, who has been with Lighthouse Automotive since October 2021. With several years of experience in the automotive industry as a parts specialist, Jessica brings valuable expertise to our team. Born and raised in the Outer Banks, she proudly calls this area home. In her free time, Jessica enjoys reading and cheering on her daughter during softball games.

Levi Matson

Levi joined Lighthouse Automotive in November and has quickly proven to be a valuable asset to the team. With five years of experience as a Service Advisor in Pennsylvania, Levi brings a wealth of knowledge and a customer-focused approach to his role. Outside of work, he enjoys playing video games and embraces his competitive spirit in every match. Levi also treasures quality time with his wife and daughter, making family a top priority. His dedication both on and off the job adds a dynamic and reliable presence to the Lighthouse Automotive team.

Larry Spencer

Larry Spencer has been a valued member of the Lighthouse Automotive team for a year, bringing his passion for automobiles to every aspect of his work. Whether driving one of his many vehicles or rolling up his sleeves to work on them, Larry's enthusiasm is unmistakable. His love for life shines through as he sings along with the radio, spreading good vibes throughout the shop. Larry's upbeat attitude and dedication to his craft make him a joy to work with and an integral part of the Lighthouse Automotive family.

John Lovett

John Lovett joined Lighthouse Automotive as a manager in March of 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for the automotive industry. Starting his career as a technician at a dealership, John worked his way up to management, demonstrating his dedication and expertise along the way. In his spare time, he enjoys working on vehicles and flipping them, showcasing his hands-on skills and love for all things automotive. A boating enthusiast, John also finds time to unwind on the water. Since joining the team, he has become an integral part of Lighthouse Automotive, known for his excellent customer service and leadership.

Isaiah Buckius

Isaiah Buckius joined the Lighthouse Automotive team in 2024, bringing eight years of experience as a skilled technician. Eager to advance in his career, he is determined to pursue and achieve the prestigious ASE Master Technician certification. Outside of work, Isaiah cherishes quality time with his wife and two sons, finding joy in creating lasting memories with his family. He also leads an active lifestyle, enjoying jiu-jitsu, surfing, traveling, and working out, which reflect his adventurous and disciplined nature. Isaiah’s passion for both his craft and personal growth makes him a valuable asset to the Lighthouse Automotive team.

David May

David May is the newest member of the Lighthouse Automotive team, bringing a unique background to the shop. Before joining, David spent five years as a paramedic in Los Angeles, where he honed his problem-solving skills and developed a strong work ethic. After moving east, he transitioned to the automotive industry, eager to apply his dedication and adaptability in a new field. In his free time, David enjoys cooking and immersing himself in a good book, blending his love for creativity and learning. His diverse experiences and enthusiasm make him a welcome addition to the team.
