Im new to OBX and needed an oil change. Looked on line and decided to go with lighthouse automotive. Boy was I lucky. Not only were they trust worthy, they were professional, friendly, and so informative. I needed to get tags and license and they helped me with great information and inspected my car. Hats off. The whole team is excellent.

Another hassle free experience at Lighthouse Automotive. The first person I came in contact with was Crystal. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the service being done to my car. She kept me advised on when the car would be ready and had everything ready when I arrived. She was great. The service technician (sorry I dont recall his name) came out front a talked to me about the work I had done and how everything looked under the car when it was up on the lift. I really appreciated that he took the time out to speak with me. Overall exceptional service.

We’ve been taking our cars to Lighthouse for several years now. Primarily for state inspections and small needs. Each time we contact them they are are incredibly friendly, welcoming and easy to work with. Luckily, we’ve never had an issue getting a date for any services within the timeframe we needed. Further, meeting everyone in person when we take our cars in, they are just as nice as they were on the phone and never pressure for anything additional. They share what they know, anything they might find, but never push that is so refreshing.

Trustworthy and professional. Diagnosis of problem(s) is carefully explained. They're not the cheapest but I am willing to pay for quality. This is my "go to" service center in the OBX.
