Been here a few times. I'm very happy with their service so far. In my experience they have been polite, pleasant, honest, fast, and helpful. This goes for the mechanics and the lady up front. Will definitely be back.

We were on vacation at the OBX and our Jeep’s alternator went out. Called several places that stated they were booked or too busy to help. Contacted American Automotive in Manteo and the staff said they could fit us in that day. Staff went above and beyond to get our Jeep fixed so we could travel home the following day. Highly recommend this place. Staff could not have been more helpful.

Tire had a nail in it. They got me in right away and plugged the tire in minutes and I was on my way. Very nice, fast, professional. Highly recommended!!!

I needed to buy 4 new tires while I was on vacation in Nags Head. I read reviews and decided on this place. I'm so glad I did. World class customer service!!!!! They had my tires done in no time The office.manager was so nice and friendly on the phone and in person. She went above and beyond to help me even will tourist stuff. Very well run business. I would definitely use them again if needed.
