I was quite pleased with service and the staff at Lighthouse Automotive. Michele was able to get us an appointment scheduled so that we could get our vehicles back on the road quickly. We traveled an hour to get there because we don't have an automotive shop in Corolla and we had a recent and positive experience with Lighthouse. Well worth the trip and we will continue to make that two hour round trip. David took the time to point out some things he discovered and we're very glad he did. All things promptly fixed and we're back on the road again. These folks really care and take the extra time to make sure you don't have an unsafe situation later. Very happy with the entire team at Lighthouse Automotive. Give 'em a try................You'll be glad you did.

We were very thankful to the Lighthouse Automotive staff for taking care of our emergency needs scheduling in and repairing our 2007 F150. We were able to make our 500 mile trek back to the WNC mountains with a dependable truck again. We would recommend this business for everyone and will utilize them as our primary mechanic for each of our (3) vehicles.

No complaints! They had my truck back to me in no time! The owner recommended I get a new part for my family SUV and it has helped us so much! They are always nice and friendly on the phone and in person. I highly recommend them!!

We have always been very happy with the work at Lighthouse Automotive. They have gotten our work completed on the day of our appointment and have never had to take the car back in because of faulty work. I also like the correspondence that they have in place. I feel very informed as to what they have done and also if they see something else that I may need to keep my eye on. I really appreciate that.
