Honest and caring. Excellent customer service

While vacationing in Rodanthe, NC (Outer Banks), I was getting gasoline for my 2012 Ford Expedition and the vehicle would not start. After troubleshooting relays, and fuses, and cleaning the battery terminals, it still wouldn't start. Looked for reliable repair garages online and came across Lighthouse Auto Repair. Called AAA for a towing service and one was found at a great distance about 1 hour & 45 minutes away. The vehicle was towed to Lighthouse Auto Repair and they promptly started diagnosing it at 8 AM the next day. It was a bad starter and they acquired one from a local auto parts store and had it fixed before 4 PM. I highly recommend Lighthouse Auto Repair for local residents and vacationers in the Outer Banks area. 5-Stars in my book!

I scheduled my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation last week. Lighthouse quickly found a convenient time for servicing. They were fast and efficient with the servicing of my vehicle. These are the people to see if you're in the Nags Head area on vacation and have auto problems. We were on vacation and developed a problem with our vehicle. I called and talked to Paul and he had me in the shop in 10 minutes. Great people, honest mechanics. Excellent service. I highly recommend them.
