Unbelievably professional!! Very good communication by staff; friendly and courteous. Not crazy expensive like dealerships!

We found an issue on our daughter’s car the day before we were supposed to drive back to Ohio and called around to a few places that said they couldn’t help. We got in touch with Crystal at Lighthouse Automotive North and she was so friendly and told us to bring it right in and they would help. When we arrived Doug quickly took the car back and identified the issue and fixed the car for us. Everyone there was kind and courteous and we were so thankful to them. We would highly recommend Lighthouse Automotive North if you need to take your car for a repair. Thanks Doug and Crystal!

I live more than an hour from Lighthouse Automotive North. There are few mechanics where I live and none with whom I trust to maintain my older, uncommon make and model of car. I also must wait while repairs are made. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I have been most happy with the friendliness and honesty of both mechanics and front office staff, as they go out of their way to make sure my car is safe, professionally maintained, and that I leave more than satisfied with my experience.
