I needed a new set of tires. Upon request, Kristie at the service desk emailed me an estimate for 3 different brands. I received the estimates in less than 30 minutes. She personally recommended a particular brand, and I took her advice. I was scheduled for service a week later. The customer service team and the technicians are courteous, professional, efficient, and friendly. I couldn't be happier with my tires and the work done. I couldn't ask for a better hometown shop.

Stopped for a few days in Nags Head before taking my son to school in Charlotte, when we ran into car trouble. The team at lighthouse was super helpful and accommodating.
